EXPENDABLES 4, THE BD/DVD DGTL

Great movie

Well, it's not the best of the Expendable films, but I've seen a lot worse. I think it suffers from spending too much of its time and action on a boat - Expendable films work better with multiple locations - and ten minutes worth of end credits takes some explaining, but, all in all, it's nothing like as bad as some of the pre-lease reviews have led us to believe. Watch it. It's fun. It doesn't pretend to be anything else.

I didnt expect much from this movie and was hoping for somethig light but consistent and in decent quality. This movie felt to me like made as cheap as possible. Like most of it was outsourced somewhere far with the price used as the only criteria. SFx and CGI feels just so bad and cheap. I bet they outosurced all the CGI somewhere in asia and took whatever they got back without any iterations. It feels really bad in these time when top CGI studios lays of best CGI artists. For gosa sake, I paid for this movie premium price with real money and expected premium quality, not something on B .. or even C level. CGI objects has wrong scale, Sfx have unnatural timing and unnatural physics. The more crazy shot is lady jumping on a boat which in one shotlooks like has size of a bathtube. I really expected decent image quality from Sylvester Stalone but I guess he decided to sacrifice his brand for money. I watched the documentary about Stallone, and I feel like he finally lost interest in making movies. This one was clearly some moneygrab. I feelt really sorry for him watching it - it all felt so fake and quickly made, like he didnt even have time to act there. I am dropping 3 stars out of respect to Stallone, as I watched his recent Rambo from 2008 and .. it was just so good, consistent and well made in comparison to this one. Everything here feels more or less off. Expandable 4 shows a total fall of Stallone as amazong procucer, screenwriter and actor. I guess someone asked him to make it. What has happened to movies nowadays, almost nothing after 2018 seems to be good.

This movie is GREAT. I recommend it to everyone.

El audio en inglés Dolby Atmos es muy bueno y potente, sin pérdida en la señal de los diálogos. También trae español latino Dolby Digital 5.1 y subtítulos en ambos idiomas. El código digital es válido para USA.

Love the old time actors, grew up with this group of great actors, and have enjoyed their movie career. If you enjoyed the first three, you will love this one too.
