WAY more comfortable to use than an ab roller on one wheel (handles on the sides, you know what I mean!?). Knee rest pad was a game changer that I didn't even realize I was getting. Very sturdy and easy to use, but you can make it more difficult with an added dumbbell while you workout. Love it!

This is what I was looking for and couldn’t find. Normal ab rollers always hurt my wrists (in the pronated position) from a past injury. This ab roller is great you can use it with elbows supported or in a neutral wrist position from the side handles. Wish I would have bought it sooner
