I really like this tap. It works so well and looks fantastic. Easy to clean, works well in hard water and the hose and spray options make rinsing plates, salads etc. so much easier. Chopping boards and oven grilled platiforms are much easier to clean with this. The ease of use with a single lever is great, and everything feels so well made. 2-3 months on, it's working perfectly and looks as good as new. It's very easy to clean being so simple, too. It mounts very solidly to my ceramic sink and looks really good on it (Luna ceramic 1.0 single bowl).

I recently purchased your tap and was initially impressed with its appearance and design. However, I am disappointed with the quality, as it has begun leaking from the side after less than two months of use. Given the short period of usage and the issue experienced, I would like to request a refund. I believe a product of this nature should not develop faults so quickly. Now we need to get this replaced and hire a plumber again.

The product is great, easy to install and good quality. It saves a lot of space to have the tap and the water filter together.

Good looking product easy to install but it seems to drip from the hot/cold tap leaving a little pool of water on the sink…..that is a little disappointing.

This is the taps that has been removed as the product was faulty . I had the expense of the plumber fitting ir also the removal of same The seller did contact me with an apology & offering a replacement but I would like the seller to email me again to resolve this situation as I NEED A REFUND as I had to buy another 1 to replace immediately aa because of the nature of the appliance I could not manage till I received the replacement

I just wanted to leave a review from someone who has used this kitchen tap for a long period of time. It is amazing dose not tarnish and is the best tap we have used.

Rubbish, please avoid. Tap leaks from the leaver two days after installation. Just a big waster of money and time. I will return it, but I should also sent the plumber invoice.

It didn't work for me, it didn't mix. Probably my hot watee pressure is too low. But I got a refund.

Ürün çok kaliteli bir dokuya sahip. Tezgahı delmeden arıtma musluğu ile entegre olması tercih sebebimizdi. Arıtma suyunun ayrı bir musluktan akmaması ve musluğun içerisine gizli olması da çok güzel düşünülmüş. 10/10

Il rubinetto si presenta davvero molto bene. Arriva in una scatola di cartone anonima, incellophanata. Dentro tutti i pezzi sono ben separati tra di loro e protetti come si può vedere dalla foto che ho allegato. Il montaggio è stato relativamente facile, ho una buona manualità e ci sono riuscita senza particolari difficoltà, solo guardando un paio di video tutorial anche senza averlo mai fatto prima. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo sembra eccellente, ma direi che solo il tempo potrà dirlo con certezza (in caso di problemi aggiornerò questa recensione), considerando che un prodotto praticamente identico viene venduto da una grande catena svedese di mobili a più del doppio. Le parti cromate del rubinetto sono di metallo nella parte inferiore, mentre la bocchetta è di plastica. Sulle istruzioni mostra una chiavetta che servirebbe per svitare la parte inferiore per poterla pulire dal calcare che, però, non è presente nella confezione. Personalmente trovo un po' scomodo il getto a doccia perché, almeno nel mio caso, avendo la pressione dell'acqua piuttosto forte, è praticamente inutilizzabile spruzzando ovunque, anche di rimbalzo, intorno al lavandino. Ritengo sia un prodotto assolutamente da consigliare! Credo di fare cosa gradita allegando diverse immagini del prima e dopo. Saluti a tutti.

Lo tengo más de un año y la pintura aguanta perfectamente. Una vez fijando no se mueve ni nada. 0 fugas por el momento.

Il rubinetto è arrivato nei tempi previsti ed in perfette condizioni, per l'installazione le spiegazioni erano dettagliate e non abbiamo avuto problemi di montaggio. Il prodotto è bello e funzionale peccato che perde dal beccuccio dell'acqua e si rovinerà in fretta e la pulizia deve essere molto più meticolosa per via del calcare. Peccato.
