Perfect lights for Office
They work very well. Pairing is a super easy process as long as you keep those little manuals around with the setup code on them

You don't need the frustration
These lights are simply awful. I should have read others reviews. The only way I could get them all to work in sync was to abandon using them as smart lights and put them on a regular switch. I now have a room with 10 very expensive white ceiling lights.

Affordable and reliable smart lighting
While I did have to get Apple TV and a home pod for Apple Home reliability, I’m really happy with these lights. Unlimited color options and scenes for a fraction of the price of Phillips Hue. I’ve had these a couple of months and zero issues.

Good lights, great for growing thread network, matter support in development
Matter is still in development, just something to keep in mind when grabbing these lights, expect some growing pains. Great lights, great responsiveness. I would HIGHLY recommend getting 3/8" romex connectors/knockout connectors to place, its not in the instruction, but will give the junction box stress relief.

Trash: Don’t waste your money or time.
These lights are trash and only Nanoleaf support is worse. Purchased these and they will not connect directly to my SmartThings matter hub and have to use Nanoleaf app despite dozens of other matter devices successfully able to. What’s the point of matter if I have to use their native app? Furthermore, their app only have an integration to apple home. I don’t want to but only way I can get these to work and only for a few minutes before they disconnect. That’s right even when using their built in integration to apple home the devices drop connection. The Apple TV thread router is less than ten feet from devices. Their app is spotty only shows one of two thread networks in my house. And when it does show the networks it doesn’t show the full network of joined devices. To top this all off their support is awful. Took over a week for first response to my support ticket. They responded to my follow up responses. They use the classic we are having technical difficulties with their ticketing system which having worked in the industry is BS. Companies use this line when they’ve screwed up and missed tickets. And now the return window is closed. Don’t waste your money or your time. I will never buy a Nanoleaf product again.

Factory reset after 5 non consecutive on/offs
When they work they do their job fine enough for the price. The problem I'm having is they are resetting after 5 non consecutive on/offs and then I have to set them up again. I lose access to them on both matter and BT. I upgraded them from their 2.x firmware to 4.x to see if that would help but alas. If that could be fixed I would buy more. But for now I'm back on the hunt for another matter based downlight.

Used for a different project
Not very bright. Wasn't able to use them as we hoped but was able to use them for another project

NOT SUITABLE FOR RETROFIT!
Attention - these will NOT work as retrofit for most US homes built in the last 10 years. The standard ceiling can is the exact diameter of the inner piece of the light, not allowing it to slide into the can. The only way to mount this is cutting a new hole on drywall. If that's your case, it will work just fine. I use the regular bulbs from Nanoleaf and they are great. Nanoleaf, if you are reading this, please build a version that fits the standard cans. Almost no homebuilder will install such a lamp on their own because of cost, so most of your customers will be retrofitting.
