Was a great air fryer. Stop working after 7 months . I also brought my parents one before i got one. Theirs lasted a year. They didn’t use it as much. Also, they had to make sure it wasn’t close to the wall/cabinets because it gave off a lot of heat. They thought it would catch house on fire. Mine would get so hot in the back I could smell the cord burning and it would be hot when I unplugged it.

I’ve had many air fryer models and this one has been perfect. It’s got a large capacity but can also be made into 2 smaller sections which can operate independently for smaller batches or different temperatures and times. It reminds you to flip or shake contents and can coordinate cooking times so they are done at the same time of splitting the drawer in two. I like that versatility and using the airfryer reduces oil frying and is simple enough for my kids to use and clean!

I really loved this air fryer. It worked so well for like a month and then it immediately stopped working the fan stop turning on there no rhyme or reason there was no indication to the fact that it wasn’t going to work. It just stopped working. I returned it and ordered a replacement to see if maybe it was just a defect and the second one stopped working within two days which is really disappointing and when it stopped working it admits a funny smell. Do not buy. Do not waste your time. it looks good at first, but it’s not worth the money out of the hassle.

Omg mine completely stopped working I just baught it in August 2025 so sad can we get a refund ???

This air fryer is easy to use, clean up is easy as well. I would highly recommend it to anyone. I chose the 11 quart air fryer for ease of cooking large amounts at a time. It also has dual capacity, so if I only need to make a small amount I can.

I bought one last year and it stopped working after a few months, I returned it and got a second one, it lasted 5 months and also stopped working. Such a disappointment because I loved how it worked, all the options and space was wonderful loved the design and space of the cooking box buy they just now well made.

Bought this in October 3 months later the heating element died! Still turns on timer temp everything, make you think everything is normal. BUT NO HEAT!! DO NOT BUY. Of course it died after the Amazon return policy ran out now stuck with a DEAD item. now I am leery of buying anything else as most are made by same manufacturer just labeled for different brands.

Stopped working at 6 months. Won't heat.
