The band that goes around your leg is quite comfortable/soft/ sturdy and holds the pouch of liquid stable without it moving. The band can also be used to wrap an ankle after it has served its original purpose. I just can’t see this working very well if they are actually watching you like some places do when you are taking a drug test. If you are afforded privacy then this has everything you need to pass the test. The bags were made of thick plastic. The bag stays warm strapped against your leg and with the temperature strips you can track the temperature. The bag couldn’t be seen underneath my pants when I had it strapped on there. Good value for the price.
