Great Pre Workout
Tastes exactly as you would expect. I like mine a little strong and sour so I mix with less water than suggested. Gives good energy and pump.

Sweet, Punchy and just what you need
i've tried lots of different brands for pre-workout but i've come back to ABE. It was the best flavour and felt the most effective and boosting my energy levels prior to a workout, and although it gives a bit of the "itch" (which i'm not a fan of usually) it's nowhere near as bad as some other competitior brands, and takes 15-20 mins to kick in by which time i'm at the gym, so the timing works well. I've tried the Paddy flavour (which is great) and the blue ice one, and recommend them both - as long as you like it sweet and punchy.

Good but now “pump”
Very good product with a good enough boost to work out. Don’t really get much of a “pump” on but can still get a decent night sleep on it.

It's kicks like a mule !!
1stly it's flavour, holy moly it's got a kick, then you get the cool feeling on the way down . Wait,, it's gets weirder or better depends how you feel about it. Wait ,, wait ,, and then BOOM,!!! YOUR IN THE ZONE. ITS AWESOME. I've tried others .. this is well worth the 'trip'

Best pre workout
I love this product and flavour. Great pump for workouts!

Great preworkout, will keep buying.
Currently halfway through my second tub of this workout, tried the bubblegum crush and this sour apple flavour and both are tasty. I am not someone who drinks coffee therefore works great for my weekend workouts. I don't take it for my midweek evening workout as I struggle to sleep of a night if so.

Could be without it amazing stuff
This pre workout is clean and its a real good supplement to give you thats kick up your back side to train harder and longer especially if you train earli like me 6am it wakes you right up best pre workout on the market

Good pre, just choose a difference flavour
Abe is a great pre workout and dissolves well . That said this is one of the biggest dissapointments flavour wise. It's just blue raspberry flavour not even slightly different to taste, which is probably the worst one. Energy remains the best flavour and cherry cola after that
