Convenient Red Light Therapy with Helpful Timer
I’m really pleased with this Red Light. The built-in timer is a great feature—it makes sessions easy and hands-free without having to watch the clock. Setup was simple, and the unit feels well made and sturdy. I’ve noticed my skin looks healthier and more even with regular use, and it fits nicely into my self-care routine. The light coverage is strong and consistent, and the 180 output provides good coverage for targeted areas. I like that I can customize the session length depending on my needs. Overall, this is a convenient and effective red light therapy option for skin-focused use, and I would definitely recommend it.

Great value
I use this light every night beside my bed on my nightstand and when I’m done I fold it up and put it under until the next night. I use it for my husband and I and my kids and my kids sleep really well the nights we use it! I also love the timer because I can set it and fall asleep.

Obsessed.
I’ve been using this daily for a few months now and my skin hasn’t ever been better. It’s firm, supple and glowing. I swear by this thing! I have don’t a lot of research on RLT and this unit provides the correct wavelengths of light for actual results. The power could stand to be better but this is a fantastic VALUE unit. Of course more expensive units will be “better” but you can’t go wrong with this one if you’re looking for a budget light like I was. It WORKS but CONSISTENCY is KEY. Stick with it. You won’t get anything from it if you do it in spurts. Do it regularly and make it a part of your daily routine and you WILL see results. I will be 40 in July and I’m so glad I started using this because my skin needs it. It also helps with minor aches and pains from working out and such! It really does help shorten the healing time. I have also used it on my knee (literally touching the skin, THAT close)- and it has helped with my joint pain tremendously. I wish I had a giant tanning bed of red lights. lol Get this one. You won’t regret it!

You are going to want to have plan for it
This is a large red light therapy panel that can potentially provide some health benefits for individuals, but you are going to want to think about how you're going to use a device of this size. In the slim box you get the panel, a power cord, hanging wire, and some light filtering glasses. The glasses are pretty nice. They look like safety glasses that have side panels for more complete coverage and protection for your eyes and the plastic frames are adjustable to fit most head sizes. The power cord plugs into a wall outlet (it's not a USB power supply) and is about 6 feet long. The power cord plugs into the rear of the panel. The panel has a stand on the back that folds on a hinge and that hinge has some tension so you can use it to prop up the panel at various angles. There are also two small holes in the stand that you can use to mount it to a wall or connect the hanging wire to. The panel itself emits 660nm and 850nm wavelengths of light. The light emitters alternate between the 660 and 850 - you can see the red 660 light but you won't be able to see anything coming out of the 850 near-infrared emitters. The panel is simple to operate, you simply hit the power button to turn it on and then hit the timer button to cycle between 15 - 60 minutes in 15 minute increments. That's it. There is a small LED on the side that counts down the time. When you turn the panel off, the LED timer screen still stays lit if it's plugged into the wall. The instructions recommend that you position yourself 3-4 inches from the panel for maximum effect with additional recommendations to expose yourself for 15 minutes for skin treatments and up to 60 minutes for muscle treatments. That's where you need to have a plan. While this panel is simple to operate, it's kind of hard to use. I have some lower back pain and I haven't come up with a good way to keep this panel on my back, while only being 3-4 inches away for 30 minutes. I've settled on using an extension cord to position the panel on my bed while I lay on my side and have it blast my back that way. But you have to use lay there for 30 minutes and not really move because if you get an extra inch or two away from the panel you'll drop it's effectiveness exponentially. The best way to probably use it is to mount it from the ceiling with the hanging wire somehow and then have it dangle over your body so you can lay on your back or on your stomach and get consistent treatment that way. But I don't see many people being able to install this panel in their house that way. Finally, you might not benefit from red and near-infrared light treatment. Some people exclaim it's the best thing ever. Other scientific reports show negligible or no differences between cells treated with red light and those not treated with red light. So with a product like this, your results will likely vary compared to other people. Overall, I like the simplistic nature of this red light therapy panel and the fact that it covers such a large area. However, it's size also makes it difficult to use. If you have a plan for it, it could be great for you. If you think you'll struggle to position it somewhere in your house to be able to use it, you might be better off going with a handheld device instead.

Recommended by a friend and I would recommend
Love it. Easy to use. Use it every day for a month now and hoping to see results. Has a long cord which makes it easy to use while I am in bed. It has a timer which I love.

Unsure
Not sure how I feel about this. Wondering why all the lights aren’t lit and if this is a product defect…. Or? Also not crazy about it requiring to be plugged in to use. I would like this to be more portable than having to keep it plugged in to power on. I’ll update again after further use.

Low price, high quality
I’ve had this product for over a year and half. I absolutely love it, it works so well. Anytime we have any pain, we just pop it on and we immediately feel better. We also turn it on at night when we’re watching tv in bed, it helps to offset the harsh blue light from the tv. Cramps, joint pain, back pain, body ache, ear aches.. covers it all 10/10

I’ve just been using this for a few days so TBD on results, but I will say set up is simple, the product is ready to use (just push a button), and I’m looking forward to seeing how well it works. I will note that I purchased this from Amazon Netherlands, so was a bit surprised that the product didn’t come with an EU power plug. It came with a US plug, so I needed to use an adapter which is less than ideal but fine.
