Why did you pick this product vs others?: My fiancee needed relief from a torn muscle in the bicep area from what started as frozen shoulder many months ago. The pain has been keeping her awake for months, and our intimacy plummeted to non-existent nasna result of the constant pain. The very moment she put this on, she gave out a heavy sigh of relief and said the steady pain was gone. Thanks for such a simple, effective and affordable answer to months of excruciating agony!

Playing Golf I ruptured or tear my right arm bicep muscle or tendon on different places. The swelling and the bruising was all over my arm. I decided to not go to ER. Ice application for couples of days and then I order this brace. I'm a golf nut and without hesitation I played again. This thing works 100% for me.

The brace is ideal for biceps strains, support, post-op stability and rehab. Velcro straps are strong! The interior pocket is convenient to hold ice packs. It’s adjustable and holds up with hand washing and air drying (very important during the summer months working on a farm). The only reason I don’t give it a 5 star rating is the difficulty with putting it on one-handed. With trial & error, I’ve mastered it but it’s frustrating initially and not to be undertaken if using immediately post surgery.

It's much easier to put on than I expected from some of the reviews. I haven't used it much yet, and not in action, but it provided some relief to my sore bicep while resting. Other than it being a bit warm, it works well!

Recently injured my arm and was icing for a few days. After icing I was in the market for a compression device to help keep things organized while it healed. This did exactly that - comfortable and easy to use I wear it a few hours a day and already feel better in just a few days of use.

If you are ordering this you are likely to be injured. First difficulty absolutely no directions on the plastic pouch or inside pouch which is from China. Secondly, if you are elderly and live alone, this is not going to be easily figured out. I was glad that I went with the larger size when chart was close as I've learned Chinese made things like this don't understand U..S. body sizing vs. Oriental. I tried to loosely connect the wider velcro straps and slip on arm and it then is fairly hard to pull the strong velcro loose to adjust. So, I ended up with a looser set=up and then used the 2 smaller straps to attempt getting some compression contact which kept it on the arm and at first it was difficult not to get those areas too tight and ended taking off my arm during the night a couple of times because pressure was too painful. Overall, this is kind of well made and if you have live-in housemates to help this might work for youj. The compression feels good if you have swelling but after awhile can be too much which would make taking on and off often a bit of a nuisance.

I ordered a medium in this support even though my bicep measured 13” as I thought the large would be too big. The medium is a great fit and the quality is extremely good. The Velcro on the straps is superb and very strong. It is easy to put on, take off and adjust and certainly does give tremendous support to my torn bicep! It’s comfortable to wear all day and doesn’t slide down the arm at all. I haven’t needed to sleep with it on but it would be comfortable enough to do so. An excellent product that I recommend for anyone needing this type of support, great value for money.

Bonjour, victime d'une déchirure partielle du tendon du biceps, j'ai commandé cette attelle pour le protéger et peut-être empêcher une rupture totale. Article reçu le 29 novembre 2025, je l'ai positionné sur mon biceps le lendemain, sans aucun problème, je l'ai enlevé pour la nuit, aujourd'hui, 1er décembre, le l'ai repositionné au réveil, dans les heures qui ont suivies, je sentais des irritations, des démangeaisons, je l'ai donc enlevé et j'ai constaté que ma la peau sous l'attelle était rouge, très irritée, donc, application de pommade, je n'ai pas replacé l'attelle décompression, certainement une allergie, si vous connaissez un remède, peut-être avez-vous connu le même problème, il sera le bienvenu. Nach einem Muskelriss war die Bandage ein treuer Begleiter für meinen Mann!Der Arm hatte gute Stabilität und würde gut gestützt falls er ihn doch mal etwas zu sehr beansprucht hat!War sehr angenehm zu tragen ansonsten hätte mein Mann sie nicht so lange und oft getragen, da er schnell von unkomfortablen Dingen genervt ist und sie schnell loswerden will!
