One of the cords I received is working very well - clear connection, no static, and the size is as advertised. It is exactly what I was looking for - a shorter phone cord that doesn't sit in a huge pile on my desk. The second cord didn't work as it had a manufacturing defect. The company contacted me after I mentioned the problem I was having in the review I posted and they offered to either replace or refund my purchase. I didn't expect this and very much appreciated their contacting me to remedy the situation. So you can be confident in the customer service you will receive if you end up not being satisfied with this product.
