Sturdy and Does the Job
The product stabilized my bending shelf, it’s sturdy and high quality. The only thing is twisting the bars to extend them at the last step, which makes it a bit difficult to use.

Shaking
Don't take adjustable height, the inner pipe is not sealed enough with outer one and the gab will cause shaking
