I am a school principal. I was keeping all of the school's organizational charts on my computer desktop, but whenever I would need to reference something I would need to go through several clicks find the document. I bought this for myself to keep organizational charts organized on my desk for quick access. It has worked out great. I have labeled the included tabs to make it even quicker to find specific documents. I appreciate that the clear plastic covers are sturdy, but open forward near the top to allow easy removal and additions without struggling to slide papers down a page proctor.
