Great product for knee support especially towards heavy exercise. Wish I had always use them in the past.

Great for leg exercises.
I'm older and use these when I'm exercising my legs. Putting them on and off does not bother me as it gives me both mental and physical support for doing my exercises with them on. Highly recommend. If I were younger I would use these for heavyweight.
