What a great little printer. I had put buying one of these off for a long time, but with the increasing number of etsy and The British Craft House orders I am receiving I thought it time. Wonderfully fast to use. Print labels straight from Royal Mail, straight from anywhere on the pc. The whole family have found it useful when they have needed to print. Plus, customer service is fantastic. I had a problem figuring out how to use the optional printer app to edit a label and the were extremely prompt and helpful in resolving the issue. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending.

It is a fantastic printer really easy to set up looks good feels good quality, the only draw back that I had was that there were no labels in the box to test it, fortunately I had ordered a pack at the same time so I was able to complete the Since using for few days I have down starred it as it do say that it can use labels of various sizes but it doesn't for me there service dept are helpful and friendly but I still had to return the phomemo labels I brought for it as they simply did not work in there printer .. Edit....Have sent the printer back it keeps rejecting all new phomemo thermal rolls that I have brought I tried to custom print on a 4x6 label and after an hour to do just 6 lines I have given up and sending it back just keeps flashing red the app on the phone is no good what so ever to custom print so they can have it back.

The printer itself was excellent until one day, the paper wouldn’t load properly. I contacted Phomemo who were very fast to respond (once I looked in ‘Junk’). My issue turned out to be a Firmware update via the printer app. Once completed, the printer was back to its old self and been good as gold ever since. Thanks Phomemo!

I purchased this item for easier printing when selling items online. Set up is simple via a mobile app. The mobile app is acceptable and probably as basic as it can be with some adjustment to the label available via the app. As someone who printed infrequently the mobile app works fine, if you're a business I dare say you're better suited to using on a laptop or computer. The size is very handy, it's lightweight and compact enough that it can be transported easily enough. I have experience a few label jams which is frustrating as it can print labels fine then the odd random one gets stuck and you have to readjust. I've also experienced some labels come out offset and "wonky", which again is after some come out perfect. I primarily sell on Vinted and this works great for Yodel labels, InPost labels are not so good quality and the barcodes struggle to scan. For an amateur seller like me, the product is fine. I would not be convinced it's suited to more commercial printing or a full time online store/seller.

Good quality Thermal Label Printer from Phomemo made from good materials. I have been using this printer for over five months on a iMac and iPhone and I have had no issues so far. Setup on my iPhone was quick and easy just a case of downloading the mobile app connecting to bluetooth and that is, on my iMac it was not as simple as I thought it was going to be, first I wanted to use this using bluetooth and not USB I followed the video on the website I was able to connect to it using bluetooth but it would not show up as a printer even with me installing the drivers, the labellife software etc I eventually gave up on bluetooth and decided to use USB and this worked straight away with no issues. I keep meaning to try again with bluetooth but now I just do it all from my phone instead of using the computer. The print quality is good I would not say it is amazing BUT as it is just labels it does not need to be as long as the text is clear and can be read easily, bar codes scanned etc that is the main thing and I can confirm for that it is perfect I have no complaints there. II like that this is a thermal printer so no chance of the printer running out of ink when you need it the most you just have to make sure you labels of course. Printer is lightweight, made from hardened plastic and feels solid Overall I am happy with the thermal label printer.
