Within three months this product stopped working, I changed batteries and still not working ! It says it is having 1 year return policy but Not able to contact anyone

The product is good overall and works as expected. However, one thing I noticed is that the clock has a light-colored background and the numbers are also quite light, which makes it a bit difficult to read from a distance or in bright light. It would be even better if the contrast between the numbers
