My teenager dislocated their kneecap but plays rugby so we wanted something that would protect the knee yet would be light enough for them to run in. This fit the bill so much so that when it was lost we ordered another one. When it is worn there is no pain in the knee the next day after a game.

The brace is great and effective, which is what matters the most. It stays in place vs. others that tend to slip down while moving and bending your knee. My only negative is the look. It's longer than other knee sleeves and they put a shiny finish on it which looks a little ridiculous under shorts. I just wore joggers for the days I used it.

I already have one sleeve for each knee and wanted to be able to rinse/dry the other pair on a regular basis and still have a pair available for golfing and other activity. These sleeves work well for my arthritic knees and the price was good for these sleeves
