Bought this as a gift for my mother in law and she uses it all the time for her diffent teas and so far no complaints!

This is so beautifully made. Everything seems very sturdy and well made. The colors are so vibrant and beautiful. Made for a perfect gift

Looks great. Very very thin glass. You have to be extra cautious with this piece. Beware if you loose the metal ball you are stuck with just a piece of Devore. It won’t work as it should.

She loves the unique design and blue color. But the strainer does moves cause tea leaves to fall in the pot.

This renders the tea set not only completely useless but also an example of blatant false advertising. Let me be clear: • This is now the second time I’ve received a defective or incomplete item. • The missing magnet makes the product non-functional, defeating the entire purpose of the “semi-automatic” design. • Your listing misleads customers with phrases like “convenient,” “fast,” and “magnetic suction,” none of which are accurate in my experience. • The product is also extremely fragile, and made with cheap materials that do not reflect the price point or the advertised quality. This is not just a quality control issue—it is a failure in integrity and a disservice to your customers. I am requesting: 1. A full refund, immediately. 2. That this item be re-evaluated for false advertising, as it does not function as promised. 3. That your team update the listing to reflect the actual product components—or fix your supply chain to ensure complete sets are shipped. At this point, I can only warn others not to waste their money on this product. It is aesthetically pleasing, yes, but a scam in function. Looking forward to your swift response and resolution.

while the package was impressive and protected the product from I guess a big impact, the material seems cheap and the tea cup does not sit still on the base. also the ball is missing from the brewer nozzle

What in the absolute hell is the point of opening a business and creating a product and sending it out to customer, WHEN IT DOESNT EVEN FUNCTION. That is consistent too don't expect to get one that may work, they are all crap quality.
