Fair price for a good product.
Works great, no issues. The build is quality, no cheap plastic shell, no sticky or loose buttons, and a really generous cord length. The RGB option is pretty cool and goes well with the rest of gaming rig. There's also an app for PC to update it. I would absolutely recommend this controller.

Best 3rd party controllers we've ever bought
These are some really good controllers for the price, and you can change the colors to your own custom layout. We bought multiples, and they are all holding up well and are also plug and play with our pcs. Power A controllers are the closest thing to the feeling of an actual Xbox One / Xbox S/X controller in your hand without feeling like they sacrificed price for durability. I have been a gamer for 35 years now and I know what it was like to buy a Mad Catz controller decades ago. Often they were the ONLY NON FACTORY OPTION... and they either came broken or broke almost instantly XD. With that said, I have experienced so many different 3rd party controllers and these guys can really make a decent controller. I tell everyone about these controllers and I will always come back for more.

Great!
Has a lot of buttons for different things, it works really well, and my boyfriend loves how you can change the colors and how they change and everything. Overall a good gift he loved it.

I so want to love these controllers
I want to love these controllers. But sadly I can’t say I love them. They don’t last long enough before parts wear out. To be fair this is the same with all controllers I have tried, whether it be Microsoft’s or PowerA or other brands. I mostly play Overwatch 2. I am an older adult, and do not abuse my controllers. I take care of them, no letting them drop to the floor etc. But it never fails, these controllers last about 2-3 months before I start noticing drift, or button sticking or they are not as responsive. By 6 months they are unusable. This goes for all controllers. They just don’t make them like they used to. I switched to PowerA a couple years ago, because I was tired of dropping so much cash every time my Microsoft controller did this. I was super pleased with the PowerA. I love the programmable back buttons. The cord is long and removable. (I hate messing with batteries.) And they function and feel very much like Microsoft. I still have to replace them every 3-4 months but for a third to half the cost of Microsoft’s. I have never tried to mess with any warranty. I’m too busy and that’s too much of a hassle. I find the PowerA to be better than the other off brand controllers I have tried. So as long as you have realistic expectations for these controllers, I believe you will be content with the purchase.

Very high quality. A little difficult to figure out. But very awesome.
Very high quality controller. Even higher quality than the older powerA's. Everything feels good and the colors are cool you can dim them to or turn them off. Great controller for the price.

Came here for the vibes
It’s good. There are a lot of configuration that you can do and a whole rainbow of colors for customization, you can even change which part have which color, and that is nice for rgb setup vibes. The customization part is above me, I once moved one of the switches below (on purpose I though they didn’t do anything, they are sturdy) and thought I broke it because all controls were weird, until I put the switch back, so it definitely works and is just a move of a switch to change settings.

NOT Windows 11 Supported
Don't be fooled, this controller will not be recognized by Windows 11. I had one of these for my old Windows 10 system, and honestly love it. After 2-3 years i only have a slight itsy bittsy stick drift on the left stick, but unfortunately when i upgraded my system to Windows 11, this controller was no longer recognized and there are no downloadable drivers from PowerA. I thought maybe because it was an older model, their newer controllers would be supported, and the description says it is, but it is not. If you go on PowerA's website, they say all their controllers are only good for Windows 10 and below. I contacted PowerA for support, and they say that you have to download their app to update the controller, BUT guess what, the only way to interact with the program is with a controller. You can't use your keyboard or mouse to click buttons. You HAVE to press "x" to start the program, and since the controller isn't recognized on windows 11, it doesn't allow any button presses. I tried to cheat it by using an old xbox360 controller to access the program, but even then the PowerA app still won't recognize the controller because of Windows 11. Other than this issue i love these controllers! That's why i'm leaving 3 star because they are high quality and lasts a long time, just no support for Windows 11, and PowerA was very unhelpful with no indications that they will eventually release drivers or support for Windows 11.

It's worth a second chance.
One of the better controllers out there. While being very difficult to shop for a nice controller and worth the prices being listed. This one feel great. I play with controller almost every day. Used it in Jan and by June it started stick drifting. I had insurance on it, so i got refund quickly. I hope it was just my controller and not all of them. will buy again to see how long the next one will last. So i will give four stars just compared to many other controllers i tried. They all seem to have problems either with headset, stick drift, buttons. No controller will last forever, so to be open minded i think a good controller will last between 6+ months if you a true gamer. High mileage on a controller will result in break down most times.
