I like the way it clips open and how sturdy it is. I use it on strobes for photography and it is a great little soft box that’s super easy to transport in the provided bag and super quick to assemble without have to fuss with wires. Almost as simple as using umbrellas but more versatile. Very happy.

Very easy to set up and take down. Takes like 5 seconds. The only thing is, the two latches can get jammed up a bit. One of the latches on mine is stuck, however you only need to be able to unlatch one to fold the thing. Not a big issue, but it's something that can be improved.

I'm using this in a small room to shoot video and it's perfect for that. I've owned quite a few soft boxes over the years and this has to be the best one, hands down. The genius of this model is how easily it expands and folds up to fit in the soft sleeve when you're done. I set it up in less than a minute. It ships with a white diffusion insert and a grid so you're left with beautiful, pleasing and useful soft light. Even if you have a different brand of lights (with Bowens mount), get this soft box.
