Great height, just what I need to reach top cupboards. Compact folds up neat and slides between my cabinet and fridge

I recommend the 16 inch folding stepstool. Got it from my son’s dorm to help him get up on his medium height bed. He didn’t think he would need it. But he ended up thinking it was great. It folded up nice. And just fairly sturdy.

Picture misleading. All pictures show 2 stools. But you only get one. Looks flimsy. No way it'll hold 400lbs. Buyers beware Update- Seller made good. Responded quickly to problem and refunded total cost.

It is very useful, however in my opinion, this will NOT hold #400. I don't need it to hold that much weight, but if you say it will....it better. Others have complemented about the stool breaking, and I can see that happening quit easily. I'm 6'4" and am #250 and I feel that is about as much weight as I would trust on it. It is stable, but I would not trust it to spend an extended amount of time on it...ie: painting trim, working overhead etc.... That being said, I DO use it a lot as a stool to sit on while doing low projects due to my bad knees. Because of it being so light weight, and folding down to practically nothing, it is super easy to carry with me along with my tool bag to do projects around the house. I also use it while working in the vegetable garden as well. All in all for my needs using it more as a portable seat, it works very well. I would still be very suspicious of the Max. weight limit, and time will tell as to how it will hold up.

Developed a crack in 2 months. Noone here weighseven 200 lbs. This is supposed to be rated for 400.

This is a nice high stool that stores easily and looks good. My only complaint is that it does not click into place very well so it feels less safe. In truth though it is fine. The biggest plus is that it folds really flat so that I can store it next to my fridge where it is handy for those high cupboards.

Find it a little bit expensive for what it is
