Works well, terminals are a bit small though. Fan is a bit noisy.
This works pretty well although I find the terminals a bit small considering the power consumption these are designed for. The smallest fastener I had did not fit the terminals and had to take a file to the terminal ring to make them fit properly. Would suggest a U shaped connector as opposed to a round terminal ring. Voltage went from 24 to 24.5 volts pretty consistently. Unit was not overly hot and fan came on consistently as needed. It is a bit noisy.
