Great for EMS!
Clips right on your belt but comes off easy enough if needed. I like that this stethoscope holder has a loop for holding the bell/diaphragm for securement. The Velcro is also tight enough to hold the stethoscope in place. I feel this keeps my stethoscope secure and quickly ready for use.

I wear this on the belt of my waist bag/fanny pack/nurse pouch at work. Holds my stethoscope securely. I wish the flaps with the velcro were longer, so the tubing could be looped like it's displayed in the picture. That was misleading.

I personally love it
I personally love it. I have it strapped to my bag and it goes everywhere with me in the hospital (I float to every unit) and it’s held up strong.

Keeps your stethoscope tidy!
I like that I no longer have to keep the stethoscope draped around my neck.

It does the job.
Uses velcro to secure, more reliable than weak magnets. Has a hold for the metal thingy, I forget what it's called. Been pretty durable so far, and I work as an EMT. All in all, a good buy.

Does not fit littmann stethoscopes
Does not fit my classic littmann, the little arm bands are not long enough to provide a secure fit around your scope.

Nach nun monatelangen Gebrauch kann ich das Holster nur wärmstens empfehlen. Es gibt nur zwei Mankos. Zum einen hat das Holster keine Gürtelschlaufe, sondern einen Clip. Das hat schon mehrfach dafür gesorgt, dass das Holster mitsamt Stethoskop beim Ein- und Aussteigen aus dem RTW zu Boden fiel und fast verloren wurde. Zum anderen hat der Schlauch vom Stethoskop durch das Zusammenlegen eine scharfe Knickkante bekommen. Aber bisher hat diese die Funktion noch nicht beeinträchtigt. Ich kann das Holster nur empfehlen und ich nutze es gerne.

Mine’s great just no pocket as advertised. Still works would just prefer the pocket.

Feels nice but their is nowhere to put the bell. Saw this problem reported from a previous post. This also does not work very well for a digital litmann.

Jeden Tag im Einsatz und endlich kein verbiegen mehr. Nur ein wenig fummelig das Stethoskop wieder dran zu bekommen wenn es am Gürtel ist

Mine only came with the clip, not the pieces that actually holds the stethoscope with the velcro. Very disappointed :(
