Build quality is also good. No need of any installation, just plug and charged. Live monitoring if connected to internet.

I'm writing this review after nearly 9 months of happy charging with my 3.6kW Flex One! I snagged this charger for an incredible 20K, an absolute steal compared to the competition. The build quality is fantastic, with a sturdy ABS plastic feel. And forget about those pesky disconnections I experienced with the Tata stock charger – this one's rock-solid! What a difference a year makes! The upgraded Flex One is even better, with a sleek new design, a convenient holder, and a built-in RCD for added safety. Plus, app connectivity and a 2-year warranty sweeten the deal. My original model lacked these features and only had a 1-year warranty. A small request to the company – perhaps a special upgrade program for early adopters like me to swap to the latest model at no cost? 😉 Just wishful thinking, but it would be a fantastic gesture! Speaking of service, Zevpoint's after-sales support is top-notch. Claiming warranty was a breeze, and even though logistics took a bit longer, their team was incredibly responsive. And here's the best part: since I recently upgraded to the 7.2 Aveo Pro, my Flex One is practically brand new! It's been sitting idle, barely used, and is in pristine condition. Just a thought for the company – if that upgrade program ever becomes a reality, my charger would be ready for a new home! Overall, the Flex One is a fantastic product that has made home charging a breeze. The older one is highly recommended, the newer one is more so!

A remarkable product, had to buy the Zevpoint 3.6kW charger as my original product provided by Tata Motors, broke down. So happy with a month's long perfect performance. Built with quality materials that assures one of many years of efficiency and reliability.
