It runs hot just being plugged into the pc... My thermometer says 42°C! Just be sure to use short and thick cable! Otherwise it gets really slow. Best if used with provided one.

Für CFexpress Card Reader muss man ja mitunter richtig viel Geld auf den Tisch legen, weshalb ich ziemlich überrascht war, was der Lexar hier kosten soll. Der Lexar Professional CFexpress Type B / SD USB 3.2 Gen 2 Card Reader trägt den Zusatz Professional nicht nur als Floskel, nein was hier Professional heißt, ist auch wirklich Professionell und das spürt man direkt beim in die Hand nehmen. Mein Kingston Card Reader wirkt dagegen wie ein Spielzeug und das nicht nur aufs Gewicht bezogen 👌 Der Lexar RW520 performt auf so hohem Niveau und überträgt Daten mit einer Geschwindigkeit, wie ich es vorher noch nie erlebt habe. Es gibt faktisch keine wahrnehmbare Latenz mehr beim Importieren von Daten oder der Darstellung von selbigen als Vorschau. Das einzige, was ich nicht so optimal gelöst finde, ist die LED, welche bei mir dauerhaft blinkt, sobald der PC in den Standby geht. Der Versand aus Amerika hat im übrigen keine Woche gedauert und es sind auch keine weiteren Kosten angefallen 👍
