I wasn’t sure what to expect when I ordered this after reading reviews saying it’s just flavored water. When I got it today I first smelled it and was pleasantly surprised that it did smell right like Rum. Later I made a mojito and was really happy with the flavor. It was complex and strong, and tasted spot on like a mojito. Of course you can tell the alcohol isn’t there because the burn is very light but the flavor is very well done. I’m impressed! I personally have no interest in drinking alcohol so I don’t miss that part. I do want the sophistication of cocktail flavors and I certainly get that and more from Lyre’s! Also, Lyre emailed me a cocktail ebook - very well done. I happened to reply back thanking them and letting them know about a minor packaging concern. Within 5 minutes they had replied offering a free bottle - I did tell them the bottle I got was perfectly fine but was happy to accept their nice offer. Great product, great customer service!

Schmeckt fantastisch als Caipirinha. Limetten mit Zucker zerquetschen, 2 cl White Cane Spirit alkoholfrei dazu und mit Sprudel aufgießen. Endlich eine tolle, alkoholfreie Alternative!

I've been alcohol free for a while but still like the enjoyment that comes from a good drink. This isn't going to give you the burn or full on rum flavour of Bacardi, but what it does deliver is a freshness and flavour packed full of sugar cane and citrus, without being overly sweet. With the majority of alcohol free whisky/rum/tequila based spirits you get a peppery spice feel which is delicious. Perfect in a Mojito/Daquiri and would easily make a very decent Caipirinha. Just without the falling over and bad head in the morning! Will buy again!

Rond, fruité… Il ne manque réellement que l’alcool. Testé en Mojito et en Ti Punch.
