TFA Mountable Window Thermo-Hygrometer

Great for working out if I need a coat or not - seriously, when the house is nice and toasty it's easy to forget how cold it is outside.Also the hygrometer is useful to know whether it's worth putting the washing outside or not. Even in the middle of winter it can be good drying weather.

This product does just what it claims and is well made.My only reservation is that the display doesn't last forever - especially if it receives direct sunshine for part of the day. I have had to replace ours three times in the 10 years or so that we have had it (once under warranty). However, we always have done, after reviewing the alternatives.

The unit was easy to assemble and to mount onto a clean window. Display is large and easy to read, so far so good.

An excellent bit of kit. Can't read it in the dark but daytime use fine. I bought it to keep an eye on low temps as I have an outside aviary and like to know how my birds are putting up with temps. Fast delivery and excellent communications

Really disappointed with this version of the thermometer. I have had 3 of the version without the humidity. (The last one lasted only 9 months, when the display failed, so I thought I would try this version). I put this down to searing temps we have had though. This thermometer cannot be placed high on a window because you cannot read the display - it shows the remaining lines, so you cannot see the figures. You need to place this thermometer at eye level to be able to read the display properly. I don’t want a thermometer placed in the middle of my window -or even at the side of it. I want it out of the way in a discreet place. I have requested a return/refund, sadly. The other thing of note is that the instructions to set the time are a little lacking. There are two buttons. The right one adjusts the figures forward, long pressing does this quickly, the left button changes the mode from hours to minutes. This is not outlined in the instructions.

The weather hygrometer is of high quality and ideal. The glue pads which attached it to the window were not man enough to hold it, and it failed to stay in the place I'd stuck it, so I took it off the window, fearing it would fall onto the ground and get damaged. I've stuck it on to the window with no-more-nails, and is fine now, but be aware of this issue

Bought it as a replacement of the old thermo.The delivery was easy to follow and track. Picked up the package in the post office before the mailman could deliver it ;)The instruction for use was easy to follow so the setting and mounting.I wish everything was as simple as this purchase was:)

A good product, but I could not make the instructions for changing the time of day when the minimum temperature is updated work. As a result in the frost of the last few days I am having misleading readings, for example 2.2C when the whole garden is white with hoarfrost. However even without that, it is great to see from inside what the weather is outside, and the humidity reading is also useful. It was easy to instal, and so far has stuck nicely.
