I've had this for a month and I use it twice a day. I love this. It holds the ice so you don't have to and you save your fingers from freezing. Make sure to use over a sink because it's going to melt and drip water. I use spring water, no point in dragging dirty chlorinated water across your face. It freezes from my morning use to nighttime so you only need one. Also, to refill just use a tiny funnel and it's easy to fill.

Product was easy to fill and easy to use but hard to open for use after re-freeze

I received this item overnight. It was a great surprise to see that it was big enough to handle and the hole where the liquid (water) is poured into is also wide. On both sides, it also has small pointers (things) to scrub your face with and remove dead skin. This item is beautiful and inexpensive. I'll most definitely buy another one. I am a very HAPPY customer. 👍👍

Love this! Start off every morning with a nice roll to depuff and reduce inflammation. I personally can’t hang with taking off the cover so my entire face is massaged with the cover on and then I’ll finish with a couple of swipes under the eyes with the cover off. I added ginger essential oil to the water and it’s amazing!

Great for use but does not always retain ice. Value for money is good but often has little leaks due to the design. Good size but could be smaller. Not the easiest to remove the ice.
