Amazing Story
The game was really fun to play. The only downside is that you are walking everywhere. If the game had done what “The Devil in Me” had done and had a small jogging feature then this game would be a 10/10. The story was amazing and didn’t have any sort of lag issues like some of the other reviews have. There is a performance or quality option in the settings that could help if you do have issues.

I’m not ruling out zombies
This game is short but sweet. The graphics are great and I love the banter between the characters. You’re investigating the loss of communication at the base. Was there an accident, a power outage, or maybe zombies? Play the game to find out more. I guess some would call this a walking simulator, but it’s much more than that. There are collectibles to find, but they’re limited. That helps with replay value if you’re a completist. You can finish the game in under four hours and there are multiple endings. There are also a few quick time events, which caught me off guard. It was a fun ride and I’ll be replaying it again.

Short, but fun!
Ft. Solis is unfortunately an extremely short game, but was still fun, and definitely worth the $20 I paid to play the game. The game is very atmospheric and extremely story driven. Would be great for a beginner player wanting to start on the thriller narrative stories with quick interactions, as there were not many of those.

Story is everything
If you are a gamer where you need constant action and explosions, then I'd say skip this. It's not for you. However, if you enjoy deep narrative and mystery, even at a slow pace, then definitely pick this up. Yes, you will be walking throughout this entire game. There isn't much in terms of gameplay aside from walk here, read this, find that. I wouldn't even call this an exploration game. This is a narrative driven game where you are investigating from beginning to end. Think of it as an interactive movie. Though it is short, it is wonderfully acted with incredible graphics. So, if you'd like to play something a little different and maybe a little slower in pace than any game ever, then give Fort Solis a try. Personally I loved it.

I can’t recommend this game
It’s a visually appealing game, but the gameplay is incredibly slow and monotonous. You can’t run or drive; everything you do is simply pressing X or executing complex combos to manipulate objects. It’s quite frustrating if you’re looking for an engaging and enjoyable gaming experience. It’s more of an interactive animated movie than a game.

This game won't be for everyone
This game really shows off the graphics potential of the PS5 and is a very addicting experience. However, this game is really short and there is not a lot more to do once you have beaten it. I would compare this game to a 4-6 hour film that you can control. It can have replayibility, but it's probably something you might play only once a year or every 2 years. Other than that, it was a great game. I just wish it was longer.

What can I write that might be different than other game reviews? 3 stars out of 5 Loosing a star for numerous GLITCHS in game! Character animation jitters/ ambiant sound stopping (ex: middle of a sand storm outside...big wind/sand splashing..then...NOTHING...no.more sounds exept my footsteps...) happened a few more time inside the station but less obvious. Loosing another star for the inhuman QuickTime event... They pop at certain point and you have a 000000.00003sec time to : One realise this is QuickTime event / figure out what the game expected you to press / and do it .... But even knowing WHEN the Q.T.E. are and pausing the game to actually SEE what buttons to press...by the time you unpause, you are 99% of the time already too late and I eventually gave up ... Trying perfect Q.T.E. and continued AS IS ... (Very frustrating). Lastly... No stars lost there, But reading in game screens and monitors is NOT USER FRIENDLY... The game keeps all text at a angle and fonts are quite small even for my 55" tv .. no way to move the character's vision closer to read... Playing this on the PLAYSTATION PORTAL IS UNTHINKABLE... LASTLY... Not a complicated game, but getting from A TO B in the station is a SLOW and painful job... Since there is a lot of back and forth.... And even when there is "something " dangerous lurking close to you.... You...still walk sooooo slowly.... The Three stars ⭐⭐⭐ goes to: The Story, the two main characters interactions to each other, graphics and soundtrack (when it's NOT GLITCHING).... Don't want to say more risking any spoilers! Final thoughts: I liked it still all the technical problems and game design. It's a very atmospheric game and a great experience but if you are looking for lots of action ...this is NOT the game for you!
