Wheels dont rotate. I had seen multiple reviews in same line but wanted to try. Ended up having same experience. Lots of scratches and one dent in a place. Looks like they are having very few pieces and jus once customer exchanges they push it to others.

The colour of the box is cute. The box is also spacious. Can be utilised as an organizer to keep baby toys.
