Sturdy and Easy to Assemble – Perfect for My Home Arcade Build!
I used the ALAMENGDA AL02 DIY Gaming Computer Open Air Case for my home arcade build, and it has been a great choice. What I love: Sturdy Construction: The frame is solid, providing a strong foundation for my components. Even with all the hardware and wiring, it feels incredibly stable. Easy Assembly: All the parts fit together perfectly with no issues. The design is straightforward, and I didn’t have any trouble putting it together. Great Functionality. Great for Custom Builds: The open-air case is ideal for a custom arcade setup, giving me plenty of space for components while keeping everything easily accessible. Clean Look: The sleek, open-air design not only looks cool but also helps with airflow, keeping everything running smoothly during extended gaming sessions. If you're building a custom arcade or gaming PC, I highly recommend this case. It's sturdy, fits together well, and provides an excellent platform for your components.

Minimalist, inexpensive, & near perfect.
Incredible value, and works great with very quick setup. It will lack structural rigidity until there are both a PSU and at least one PCIe accessory installed. But otherwise, it looks great- very minimalist, so the mobo, CPU cooler, and GPU are the main attraction- as they should be on a test bench! Airflow is open, so do not expect high air refresh rates, as there is no forced induction/ventilation. That said, even if you are overclocking, this should be fine. Just be sure to ramp up fan speeds as needed, or switch to a water loop. That said- THERE IS NO SPACE ON THIS CASE FOR A H2O PUMP or RESERVOIR- so think carefully about your needs before using this case on a water build, and perhaps mount both the case and those accessories on a unifying board (either something fancy, or just a piece of plywood). But if air cooling suits you, this is a great size for displaying on a standing desk & having easy access to swap out parts for rapid testing & improvement!

Open Air PC Chassis - Needs Feet!
Perfect for an "open air PC" or a "Test Bench". I decided to buy some Hi-Fi component feet from Ebay for $8 as this open chassis does NOT come with feet. It would be nice if the metal was a bit thicker, but still not bad at this price point. I used M5 x 12mm flat head screws and had to countersink the screw heads as shown. I bought a used Asus ROG Strix B-550 F motherboard and installed several used components to create an open air PC "Steam Box" for the living room. Stripped down Win 11 Pro running Atlas OS on an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D with 32GB of DDR4. Now to save up for a better video card.

Good valu
Threads are good and the pieces are squared and fit well. Obviously for $15 it is not a premium product, but it is well made and does the job. The one downside is that it does not have feet. So I added some with double sided hanging tape 👍

Great for test builds
Good for testing out computer parts and builds before putting them in a proper case. Sturdy enough to be used as-is, basic enough that I'd have no qualms about modifying it so I can bolt it to the wall or DIN rail. The amount of included screws isn't quite enough but anyone using something like this is likely going to already have some. The screw hole threads are a little rough; nothing a quick poke with a 6-32 tap can't fix.

Great value under $20 but needs feet/base
It's incredible you can get a decent open air test bench for under 20 bucks these days. This thing is pretty great for the current price ($$18.99 USD), albeit a couple of shortcomings. The metal is relatively thick, doesn't wobble or bend, and when everything is put together it's pretty solid. My only two complaints and/or recommendations to the manufacturer are: 1) include some type of non-metal feet or base, even if it increases the cost a couple of bucks. I just cut some 1.5 trim boards, but you get the idea 2) several of the screw and standoff mounting holes do not thread easily, severely increasing the risk of stripping if one is not careful If you buy this, be gentle when screwing in the standoffs and screws, about a quarter of a turn at a time and then back out, rinse and repeat until seated. This will help ensure they do not strip. Other than that, 30 minutes + a little wood/hardware and you have a weighty, solid and practical open air test bench. I simply used a few dabs of super glue to get the wood base boards to temporarily adhere, drilled some 1mm pilot holes where there are open holes in the base plate and use some small screws to lock them in place. Great for the price
For $18, this is well worth it to keep your components from just sitting on your tabletop. Very sturdy and well made. My only complaint is that it does not properly support a small form factor PSU. I can align mine with one of the screw holes on the rear panel, but that is it. Keep this in mind if you’re using an SFF PSU. I wouldn’t want to leave it like that for too long (but it’s a test bench anyways).
