Amazing pendants. I haven’t installed them yet, but service was great and the product is beautiful

I bought these over a year ago and have been meaning to write a review. They are absolutely gorgeous lights! They are made so well, and the glass rock shape makes them look much more expensive than they were. The light They project is quite dim, so we use them for this purpose out of the lights in our kitchen.

These are beautiful pendant lights. I had an electrician install them because I did not have an existing fixture in the ceiling. I've heard some reviews where they said the glass shattered due to the heat from the bulbs. If you use the manufacturers recommended bulbs, you will have no problems with the glass overheating. I ordered the Sailstar G9 Led dimmable bulbs on Amazon. I used the 40 watt which works well for me. I put mine on a dimmer switch then I decided I wanted to be able to turn them off while I am in bed. I purchased the Lutron Caseta touch light dimmer kit with remote from Lowes and replaced the dimmer switch the electrician put in with this switch and now I can dim and turn off the lights by remote while in bed as well as on the wall. It is very nice to have space on my nightstand instead of a lamp. I'm very happy with my choice. In my pictures I have them dimmed.

VERY DANGEROUS! loved these so much, I purchased 5 to hang from my kitchen cathedral ceiling. They look amazing. BUT, after 1 month 1 of the crystals sliced in half and fell to the floor. Thankfully no one was hurt. I chalked it up as a 1 off defect. BUT, several months later ANOTHER one split of and fell almost hitting my small dog! These are VERY HEAVY. This time we inspected further and noticed ALL the wires appear to be burning. We will remove all lights and contact the company. Please be aware not to place these where they can fall on a person. VERY DANGEROUS.

Go ahead and do yourself a favor and buy these! We weee giving our primary bedroom a facelift and ordered another pendant light, which we returned, and then found these! They were very easy to install, they are very good quality. They look like ice crystals, and have some texture on them in places. They are dimmable which is great for creating different moods. Definitely worth the cost and they work flawlessly. We have had them installed for a couple of months now (I wanted to wait before i wrote my review). They require E12 bulbs and you can see them through the glass, but it adds to the effect of them.

So this is absolutely stunning , that being said I love how it’s put together and hangs these giant crystals but the screws that hold them are so small and they fit into a cut glass hole and they are some what small but they hang and fit ever so slightly, there not completely tightened but they are attached and it’s because you can only screw into glass so much so it makes you wonder but honestly just be gentle with the screws and glass holes , you must be gentle and don’t use a operative screw gun , use a hand held old tool so you don’t crack the glass home , I know may sound difficult but really it’s not , just some patience and time and the after results are absolutely amazing, I will be buying another one , actually this will be my third time buying this type of style , a bigger one if that tells you anything, I’ll make another spot to hang one lol , just be gentle and you’ll be fine , mine came securely wrapped into another box which made me so happy that nothing could be broke and it came perfect , even the giant crystals were very nice and secure too , I can’t say enough on how much this brings me joy and beauty , thank you for designing this beautiful elegant light fixture , thank you 🙏
