25 Litre Black Bitumen Paint

Good stuff , used on a concrete flat shed roof, about 4ft wide 8ft length, had tried various other methods over the years, felting , some very expensive paint one can nearly £60 for 5 litre, nothing worked. After this years winter it was time to either give it one last go or knock it down, as I was fed up finding my tools rusting or sitting in water. Bought this stuff , well on pouring it into the paint tray I thought it looked a bit thin ,used a four inch roller and set to work went on easy but be carful as it spreads really quick, don't be tempted to pour loads on, wear gloves it will get on you, left it to dry, then gave it two more coats, it looks good . Anyway waited for a downpour to see if it worked, passed with flying colours, inside was bone dry, over the next few weeks it has rained quite heavily on a number of occasions , still not a drop getting through. I had loads left, have since done over a felt shed roof same results and still have enough to do at least the same jobs again. Tips: don't be put off thinking it looks to thin to work, it does spread in thin coats wear old clothes and gloves use cheap rollers and paint brushes to do it, they work fine no need for anything fancy. would buy it again in the future if I need to do this type of job again, quick and easy to use, worked and compared to other solutions I have tried less expensive and actually worked. I haven't been paid for this review by the seller , as I always read the reviews before buying it should be an honest one either good or bad

Great for resurfacing my tarmac drive

I was lucky enough to buy this just before lockdown. I've used original fence paint before and it was rubbish and just washed off when it rained. This is the best best solution ever!. It's waterproof and it sticks to absolutely anything including my skin ( took a few days to scrub off my hands) it's far far cheaper and the best cheat ever. Would highly recommend .

Item arrived quickly on a Sat afternoon , item was clean and very securely sealed and could be left in the house. Used a chisel to move out a plastic ring that was securing the top on and then cut the plastic. I unscrewed the top and found the container nice and full and I poured out some paint to a tin and applied to brickwork. This paint has all the relevant certification standards , the paint went on great and dried to a hard shiny finish. I had purchased a 5 LTR tin from BMstores and went back for more once I realized how superior this is to masonry paint but they had no knowledge of its existence - it had cost £20.00 , I then tried B & Q that showed £23.00 5 LTR tins on their web site but my local store only had £35.00 5 LTR tins. This means 5 tins would of cost me £175.00. My advice ... don't hesitate to purchase this 25 LTR item from this supplier on the Amazon website. Great product.

Good product

I've just painted my 20ft Shipping Container with this black bitumen paint: it went on easily, it looks great and it does the job of keeping it rust free. The delivery was quick and there is plenty of paint left to do another container the same size. I'll use the rest of it for my outhouse doors and gates. I highly recommend this product and this seller. Probably the best customer service from a company on Amazon. Had a slight issue and it was sorted out in minutes... I'll be using them in the future

For those like me who do not use these things very often........... Keep it near a radiator the night before use its sooooooo mush easier to apply. Decant it into a pot but don't over fill it as it cools quickly then becomes like treacle, very hard to apply
