So far so good. Taking for perimenopausal fatigue. I feel like my energy expenditure is sustained more evenly throughout the day rather than being all used up at the beginning of the day.

Speedy delivery, great product for PMT
Super quick delivery in these uncertain times was so pleased as really needed them. This is an excellent product if you suffer with PMT/PMS - I take them for one week each month (start one week before my period is due) I’ve noticed it helps with my symptoms I have suffered with for many years. I’m not a professional but got this advice off a nutritionist.

A significant improvement in mood
