Ancable 2-Pack 3.5mm 1/8" Monaural Mini Mono Plug to Bare Wire 6-Feet - 12V DC Trigger ON/Off Cable

I have a Denon X4400H with 11 channels, but only 9 amplifier channels. To use the extra channels an external amp is needed. The amp I chose does not have Auto On. Rather than mess with turning it on and off manually every time I decided to take advantage of the receivers 12V trigger output. I bought a power outlet with a builtin relay that I could trigger. I initially just tried using a salvaged 1/8" jack audio cable, but that was finicky. This works properly. Recommendation: Buy an amp with an auto on feature if you can, although this might not be an option on many high end amps.

Like many other reviewers here, I am using this cable to connect the 12V trigger from my A/V receiver to the pretty cool IoT Relay to power a cooling fan. It's a quality looking and feeling cable all around and the ends were tinned and ready to insert into the clamp connector of the IoT Relay. I didn't need a 2-pack, but these are about the same price of other sellers for just one cable, so I've got an extra for a future project. My first option would have been to DIY this if I would have had a 3.5mm mono cable laying around, but this was a rock-solid second option for sure.

This is the cable you need for the trigger outlet on a Marantz SR7013. I have it wired to a cooling fan unit. I also had it powering up some smd 5050 leds strip, just a little over 4ft and worked fine. Dont overload it with leds, it wont turn them on. (Update: It does power up an 8ft smds 5050 led strip. There was just a loose wire that I had to tighten up) The wires are TINY, be careful! I wish they were at least 16-18ga.

I purchase this cable to connect my radio/amplifier to my speaker bar and it worked just fine. The only issue is that I needed just the one cable with the mini connectors but the order included bare wire cable that i don't need.

This was perfect for the 12v fan I attached to the screen trigger on my overhead projector.

Works well. It would have been nice to see the cable widths a little larger as cables are very fine..
