Very convenient and useful for any trapped nerves in the upper and lower back.muscle tension can be also rolled out helping relax the muscles.The roller really digs into the areas you need it to go into.The red spikey foot ball is amazing on any foot pain. The hand held roller is quite gentle and effective on leg muscles.i recommend it to anyone going through muscle or nerve pain on the body

This kit is amazing value. With four different items, you are making a big saving. I got the big roller to help with recurring hamstring tightness (martial arts practice over many years). I saw reviews of similar items saying they were too harsh, but I find this is not the case. I have to really put my weight on the roller to get into the deep hamstring, so perhaps I am the target audience. The roller is really robust and gives me a lot of confidence. The small balls are excellent for deltoid massage, particularly the plain hockey ball. I just lean against the wall with the ball between my shoulder and the wall. Delightful! The bar-shaped roller is not really aggressive enough for deep massage, but is effective for a gentle rub on the quads. My muscles are still tight (if only life was that easy) but combined with my regular stretching and exercise routines these devices should help. I still have to decide whether to get one of those percussive guns!

It was too hard for me, I even could not do for 1 minute. But the slim bar does not work for me, too slightly massage while the bigger one is too hard. I guess I will need to do more massage that get used to the bigger one. But quality is definitely good and the whole set is a good deal.

I've been using this as part of a routine for my back. I already had lacrosse balls and roll on the floor with them for my traps but wanted something meatier to help stretch my back. I looked at several rollers and knew this was really knobbly and hard and indeed it was. The big roller I use it for my back and roll on the floor. I can't fully have my bottom up in the air as the roller is too firm, but the knobbly bits does help dig into my muscles to loosen them and my spine is stretched as I roll (sometimes I hear small cracks as I roll which is satisfying). The spikey ball I use on the wall and pressing against it in certain areas and use it mainly for above my shoulder blade. The long green roller I've been using it on my thighs and helps get the blood flowing when sitting down watching TV.

Lo llevo usando varios días, ya he usado todos los elementos, desde las bolas, hasta el foam roller por el que lo compré. Todos muy útiles y me permite usar de forma específica en las zonas de dolor el elemento más adecuado. Todo llegó bien, sin daños y es como en la descripción. Bien empaquetado y la bolsa es muy útil para tenerlo todo guardado junto cuando no se está usando.

Le rouleau est excellent. Il a une texture en mousse légère, large, il prend bien le dos. Les picots sont très bien placer et masse extrêment bien sans vous faire mal. Le rouleau pâtisserie, quant à lui, est un régal pour les cuisses. Les boules font leur affaires. Je recommande ce kit.

Ottimo Roller, specialmente per chi è alle prime armi, i dentini hanno una media durezza, ideale per stretching e flessibilità, infatti il solco centrale può essere utilizzato per aumentare, ad esempio, l'angolo per la spaccata. Il bastone rotante è ottimo per automassaggi al corpo, un po' meno però per dolori cervicali, dove però viene in soccorso la pallina dentata e quella liscia, utilizzabili anche per il piede. Il sacchetto racchiude tutto comodamente ma è abbastanza delicato. Dopo qualche mese si è scucita la cinghia (ma per me l'importante è il contenuto) Consiglio per principianti che vogliono avvicinarsi al mondo del Roller.
