No Arch Support
I was really excited to find an insert that would my feet cool, especially when running around a hot court. I need good arch support as well, but this insert reminds me of the insert I pull and throw out when I buy new tennis shoes. I even tried one of my good arch support inserts, then later this on top. My shoes were too tight. Does not work as an Orthopedic insert at all😢 I was very sad. I guess I need to keep looking & hoping.

Fantastic for turf. helps keep the bottom of the feet cool.

Not good for work on top of very hot surfaces
Limited effectiveness. Would not buy again. I wear these in sneakers when I work on hot asphalt shingle roofs and they definitely don’t keep my feet cool at the hottest times of day.
