A great foot file
A great file, these don't have a tendency to fold with pressure and the perfect grit for calloused feet.

Amazing!
Works super well! Makes filing the nails super quick. Do get a smoother file for after using this one to smooth it out though. This one will get the length down quick, but will leave it a little rough.

As Advertised
These print the coarseness of the grit right there: 80/80-- that means 80 on each side, and low numbers are coarser. I couldn't find a lower number on anything intended for, well, a body part-- let's say "grooming." What I was looking for was something to get rid of a thick callus on my left heel (too much going barefoot back in the 70s) that would sometimes crack and this would be painful. Moisturizers, even ones designed to get rid of calluses, were taking too long, and abrasive callus removers caused sensory displeasure-- they felt so weird, I couldn't use them, and they sounded weird too. And sometimes produced upsetting odors. I thought to try an emery board, which on the coarse side was more effective than actual callus grinders and shavers, but still slow. So I went to Amazon, and found the coarsest non-metal nail file I could. This worked perfectly. Once daily filing, twice daily moisturizing (and sleeping in socks) and the callus was gone in 4 days. I still moisturize after my morning shower, before I put on socks, but that is all, and calluses are kept at bay. It's been a month now, and no return. I know this is not what the files are designed for, but they worked so well, I just wanted to say, that they are very coarse, *as advertised* (not like other items I tried), but not TOO coarse, for people who are sensitive to the sounds, smells, and sensations of such grooming items. I expect they perform as advertised on nails as well.

Fabulous for artificial tips! Just like the ones used in a salon. Remember to prime these files before you use em so you don’t slice yourself (or your clients!)
