Great product
Excellent product. I had tears in the heels of my golf shoes. I've had these in for a while season and not felt a thing

Nice to the touch.
These patches are highly durable and really easy to put on. They feel really nice and would be prefect for bare feet or socks. Very sticky over the short-term. I’ve had one that came off after about four months but I suspect it was more an issue with the shoe material it was stuck to rather than the patch. The other patches I’ve used are continuing to work after the same amount of time. They haven’t worn or lost their sheen and are still stuck firmly to the heel of my shoes.

Glue not strong enough
Glue not strong enough, comes off in a few days. Which was a pity as sorted the rubbing on my heel out.

Surprisingly good
Actually really impressed with these. I was a bit dubious about the whole product to begin with, hence going with one of the cheapest options I could find, but they’ve been really good. I wear through the heels of pretty much every pair of shoes and wanted something a bit better than duck tape for fixing them. Used these on my trainers. As the hole was quite deep (due to foam lining) I first used a small pair of the stickers to build up a little of the depth and laid a larger pair over the top, although I don’t think this was strictly necessary given how well they’ve stuck. Been using since September (now end of November) and, apart from being slightly more careful on how I put my feet in my shoes (so I don’t accidentally peel the edges up), I am using my shoes as I would normally and they’ve been great. Don’t notice that the sticker is there - smooth comfortable surface where the hole used to be, and they’ve stayed securely stuck.

Would not recommend
I've used these for a month on a pair of trainers I wear frequently and would avoid. They lose stickiness and depending on how you position them the edge can cut into your foot and still cause blisters!

Cheap and nice
Easy to use but not very long lasting, good comfort and didn’t cause any issues

Friction!
A good cheep fix if back of your shoe / trainer is uncomfortable or worn away with years of wear. Adhesive is excellent. Good padding. BUT to much traction on the pad! Your sock seams to stick to it when walking for the first few months! (wears away eventually) In trainers your sock will glide up and down the back of your trainer. Using these your back of your foot is gliding up and down the inside of your sock as there is to much friction on the pad.
