They work as described, in fact, when I view the sun I can see the sunspots which was pretty cool. I would recommend the tripod mount and a tripod as it can be a bit tricky to locate the sun looking through but once it’s in view, it’s awesome! The only real “downfall” is all the plastic. Rest assured, they work very well.

Franchement très déçu de voir le soleil bleu. Je m’attendais à le voir de la même couleur que dans des lunettes pour éclipse.

I purchased this model with 12X magnification a few weeks ago. It is an excellent product, perfectly aligned, with a very clear image and easy to focus. In addition, it is threaded for a tripod adaptor, which I highly recommend using for solar observation.

Tel que mentionné dans plusieurs reviews, elles n'étaient pas collimatées mais ce n'est pas difficile à faire lorsqu'on sait où se trouvent les 2 vis pour le faire. Et pour le prix qu'elles se vendent, ça ne me dérange pas!
