Got this on Saturday totally not good only had on for couple of hours the metal plate came out from side and sole is very unsafe as its slippery plus does not help with support if I hadn't worn it outside I would of returned it so basically a waste of money ,I actually slipped with it on and it ended up causes me more pain than before

Ordered large comes up very short in the foot

It didn't meet my expectations. It was of poor quality.

This has just been delivered, no instructions so not entirely sure what I am meant to be doing with it. Walking on this with an ankle injury is a no no. Cheap amd nasty. Would not recommend.

Value for money and pain relief and foot protection

This item is positively dangerous The sole is so slippery it could cause further injury

It’s good. Relieving. Ankle still hurts though ☹️
