Kind of a let down at first but overall a very addictive game if you have friends with you
I am kind of disappointed so far. I have been looking forward to this game because of my love for the Halo series. I had some assumptions before I played the game, and I tried my best to avoid any information about it before the release (although I spent only a couple hours playing the beta to get a taste). The biggest let down for me so far is that you cannot simply team with people you run into in the world. I thought that's how MMOs are supposed to work! The fact that you have to team with someone on your friend's list is a pain in the neck. I work all week and I do not have time for organizing teams, clans, etc, and I just want to do things on the fly, like I can do with countless other games in co-op modes (such as GoW). I really hope they fix that issue. The PvP is pretty fun so far, but I have only played maybe 10 games of it. There could be more maps, and nothing beats close range shotgun to the face. Although I am low level now (around 11 or 12) and I see many people with 20-24 and they seem to take me out in 2 seconds with a ranged weapon. That's okay, if you're a hunter and you have gunslinger, you pretty much have 3 one-shot kills no matter who you are facing! Another issue for me is the low sensitivity. This has always been an issue with Halo. I always maximize the sensitivity, and it's still too darn slow! I guess I am used to PC FPSs, and I sometimes use the Xim Edge or CronusMax on my consoles, so that I can use the mouse/keyboard combo. I have not tried that yet with Destiny, but it will probably be like Halo...too slow. The story is pretty cool so far, but it seems like it will be short. I have read that Activision/Bungie expect this game to last 10 years, so they better have a lot of things in mind. The level cap of 20 is kinda funny since I saw people 2 days after release have it, but I suspect they will raise it with expansions. I really hope that the game is not all hype. I have already been extremely disappointed with other new releases like NHL 15 (I refuse to buy it at the current price point because EA did not include so many features), but I hope that Destiny will not make me regret paying for it with the new price tag. I still have some hope because the game had a ridiculous development budget. I work in software, so I guess I expected more. I will gladly update my review in the future. For now, I just hope to get on-the-fly party/fireteam teaming when I'm out in the open. I don't like solo missions sometimes because I feel my Hunter is a bit gimpy, even if I am 2-3 levels above the level of the mission. Part of me also wishes there was more ammo in single player mode. I understand limited ammo in multiplayer, and yes, I know that enemies drop ammo, but I remember playing my first fireteam/strike mission on Earth where I would EASILY run out of ammo while trying to take out the boss. My team had to keep killing the boring side mobs to get more ammo, that we would then just to dump into that giant machine spider thingy. I almost gave this game 2 stars, but I decided on a 3rd because I think you can still have fun at low levels in multiplayer, and you can always level up in multiplayer to make it a little easier in single player missions. Also, the game looks amazing on next-gen consoles. Anyway, I hope to generate some discussion about this game. Does anyone agree/disagree with my pros/cons? ----------------------------------------- Update: 10/8/14 I am level 19 now (slowly making my way through the story and doing some more multiplayer) and I am still disappointed in this game. The missions are so repetitive, and it's easy to run out of ammo on these missions. The Vex don't drop nearly enough IMO. I just did a couple missions on Mars. I still really want to like this game more. The story is just blah. I would really love the ability to team with people on the fly for story missions. Otherwise, you can do some leveling from patrol missions. There is a new multiplayer mode after the latest update, but I can't tell the difference between it and regular Control. Update: 7/20/15 I am changing my review to 5 stars because even though Bungie does things to tick me off, the game is very addictive. They are going to nerf the gally and some other weapons, but they will find a way to make you continue playing this game This game is all about end-game content, so you will keep redoing raids and such. Just find a nice group and you will have more fun than just lone-wolfing by trying to get teams on destinylfg.

Destiny Review for Newbies
Destiny is made from Bungie, which are the creators of a well-known videogame franchise called Halo. The plot to this is that you are humanity's last hope. You are a Guardian, the defender of the Last City of Earth. Guardians wield a tremendous amount of power called Light, which they use in their fight against the forces of the Darkness. It is a FPS shooter, and is an online ONLY game. You cannot play the game offline, which is one of the downfalls. There is PvE (player versus environment) which features Patrol where you explore sections of different worlds, Strikes (3-players), and my favorite Raids (6-players).There is also PvP (player versus player) with multiple modes to fit your play style. Overall, it's a fun game. I enjoy playing it, and I have been around ever since the Beta launched. The game was released in 2014, so that goes to say something. It is easy to be hooked into this game due to the multitude of activities featured in the game like I have mentioned about with the PvP and PvE components. Some people get kind of salty with the DLC expansion packs which have been released throughout the course of the game (a total of four which are The Dark Below, House of Wolves, The Taken King, and Rise of Iron). But really guys, almost ALL videogames are like this nowadays with season passes and DLC for new maps and other content. I don't see anybody complaining as much with CoD or any other game that features DLC.Anyways, let's continue on.The DLC features new story lines, strikes, maps, raids, etc. House of Wolves doesn't feature a raid, but a cooperative mode somewhat similar to firefight from Halo called Prison of Elders. While I do wish that they would flesh out the story since they have put a lot of effort in the Grimoire (basically like gamerscore that is collected within the game for the Destiny account. They are cards that can be read online as well to read about the lore or back stories). The grimoire is intriguing, and I would LOVE for some missions to be revolved around the grimoire. Hopefully with Destiny 2, they will implement the story elements into the game. If you do decide the game, download the Destiny App. It's free and made by Bungie. You can transfer armor, weapons, etc using the app throughout the 3 characters you are allowed to have. Plus, you can access the recruitment to build up a fireteam for in-game activities. Overall, I love the game. While, yes it may need some improving here and there, it is a very LARGE community. Most of the people are mature, but just like any other game or community, you may have a rotten apple in with the rest of the basket.I would give this game an 8 or 9 from out of 10. It would be a nice gift for a gamer or yourself, but I would recommend getting the collection which is $59.99 currently, but a lot CHEAPER considering the DLC that comes with it. It will cost a whole lot more if you bought the game and DLC individually. You will thank me later for mentioning this.

Cool game with guns and space magic. Game is about killing aliens who are fighting each other and also robots. Mostly this game is about collecting a staggering amount of different currencies. Different currencies buy different guns and accessories for your guy. After level 20 it gets real.

Xbox Oneですが、最近日本人が増えてきています。 エラーも全くなくなったので快適に遊べるかと思います。 ただし、フレンドが居ないときついです…
