The camera doesn't work well, it stopped working within 6 month of purchase

Install and forget about batteries and charging. At least in the climate of the UAE. Beyond my expectations.

Ring offer good value for money CCTV cameras. Easy to set up. Ones I purchased five years ago are still operating well.

Why would it be packet with a Micro USB, when it needs a USB C? Very strange, think it's been repacked and not a new item.

I set it up when I first got it - worked fine for a while. About 5 or 6 months later it stopped working. It turns on but doesn’t connect anymore. I tried to rest it, I deleted it and reinstalled it and it still doesn’t work. My phone app recognizes it as a device but the camera doesn’t transmit any images. It gives a message that there is no WiFi connection even when it’s in the same room as the router.

منتج غالي ولا يوجد له مركز صيانه في المملكه بعد مرور سنه من الضمان ينتهي ولو الكاميرا خربت بعد كذا الحل الوحيد ترميها في الزباله جدا منزعج من تعامل خدمات ما بعد البيع كلمتهم لمده تقارب ساعه ونصف عشان يقتنعوا انها خربانه ويجب استبدالها ضمن فتره الضمان عملوا جميع الاختبارات وفي النهايه اقتنعوا ولكن بدا فتره المراوغه في تبديل المنتجات حتى بدات في فقد اعصابي بعد هذي الفتره الطويله وبالنهايه قبلوا من السخيف اني طلبت في البدايه ان يكون الحوار باللغه العربيه ورد عليا شخص يكلمني بالانجليزي واما سالته ليش انجليزي قلب عربي وقالي حضرتك اصله احنا بنتكلم انجليزي! تجربه سيئه جدا ولا تستحق المحاوله
