Battered,opened, unsealed!
I ordered the day cream and the night cream. The day cream was sealed whilst this one was battered AND OPENED.No seal,nothing. I am sure it had been previously used and returned. Very disappointing as I bought from the Avene shop with some level of confidence (I don't buy cosmetics online as there are too many dupes these days). I hate returning stuff as it's too much hassle but it's unacceptable to receive a face cream (not cheap either) in this condition.

Doesn't dry my skin. Much gentler than retinol, Avene is amazing as always. My skin is sensitive and dry, and I always pair it with Eucerin Urea 5%. A blessing.

I purchased this Intensive Night Cream with all intentions to repair and hydrate the skin. So far, I haven't been disappointed as my skin feels so smooth the next morning. The cream contains 0.1% Retinal, 2% Niacinamide and Hyaluronic Acid so I am hoping for some wonderful results. I haven't had any problems with using this on my sensitive skin as Avene products use Thermal Spring Water in the ingredients. Wonderful price and speedy delivery from Amazon.

Paketleme çok kötüydü. Akmış, kutusu açılmış şekilde geldi. Ve üstüne basarak akmasını sağlayan mekanizma da çalışmıyordu. Krem akmayınca biten kremim sanarak içini açtığım için iade etme şansımı kaybettim. Ama orijinal bile olduğunu düşünmüyorum. Çok mağdur oldum.
