Does exactly what it's supposed to
Over time, the mains charger will work out cheaper than having to keep replacing batteries regularly. Works absolutely as it's supposed to, providing the 6v the Omron blood pressure monitor it requires. Very pleased.

6v dc supply
Read some users comments about batteries running out early so bought a mains psu too. Tried it and it works ok. Still on original batteries though. Have no idea whether mains psu supply and battery supply are diode isolated so in case they are not I recommend removing batteries before using the mains supply.
