Repeat purchase. This shoe is an old favourite and feels comfortable from the minute I put them on. Good arch support which is what I need.

Really great sandals. They are typically Ecco quality both in looks and comfort. I have knocked off one star because in the description there was no mention that the velcro at the toe end is only there for decoration, this is areal shame as when my feet get warm I need to give my toes a bit more room. Design not thought out properly.

I bought the black /mole coloured sandals the mole colour is grey. No a problem but would have preferred the brown mole as pictured. They are comfortable and I can tighten the toe area a little. The main problem is the smell- on first wear I thought I detected a odour- on second wear it was distinct - they were worn only to school not a hike and didn’t get wet. This is getting worse despite spraying with shoe deodoriser so beware before you purchase. It looms up from under the desk. I haven’t resorted the scrubbing yet as they’ve only been worn for an 10 days in total so far. I’ve had walking sandals for almost a decade and they never smelt like these !

These are really designed for walking, as in Walking Holiday. They can be adjusted by the 3 Velcro straps so they can be tweaked to make them fit perfectly. The design with the side bar along the outer side of the foot makes them very stable and your foot is unlikely to roll (pronate). While outer sole is sturdy, the inner sole is gently cushioned and not too bouncy. They may not be suitable for wearing to a wedding or an interview but if walking along country paths or for walking around a city they would be ideal. These Ecco sandals were half price in the recent Amazon promo which adds to the feeling of walking on air, so an altogether fantastic pair of shoes.
