Works
User in moderation. It's probably the vitamin c which does most of the work and that only needs to be in very small quantities

Good value
It's increased my loaf size by about an 1" and a quarter, and made it much softer, good value.

Helps produce a superior loaf
This is an excellent product. I’ve tried a number of so-called dough improvers, from plain old ascorbic acid to fancy Italian blends, all with mixed, but never dramatic, results. This product, however, really does help produce a superior loaf, with a lovely light and lacy crumb. Obviously, it won’t correct for poor baking skills, but it will enhance a well-mixed and shaped loaf.

No discernible improvement in my bread
I've now used this with two sourdough loaves - one white and one seeded. I am sorry to say I can't see much difference so far, but will persist. The rise has not been impacted (I was hoping for this) and the bread taste has not changed.
