I bought Miracle-Gro Patch Magic to fix a few bare spots in my lawn, mostly from where I scarified my lawn. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised! It’s super easy to use—just sprinkle it on, water, and wait. After about a week, I started seeing fresh grass coming through. Some areas took a bit longer, but overall, it worked really well. The mix holds moisture nicely, which I think helped a lot. You do need to keep it watered to promote growth. Growth rate far exceeded my expectations as previously used grass seed on its own with no results. Really happy with the results. I’ll definitely be buying it again when needed! Value for money on the basis that you are not trying to use this to seed a whole lawn. It does what is says on the bottle.

Did not seem to be as much grass as expected in the mix but still like the product - the coir really helps but would suggest using pigeon netting to save the crop

It isn’t cheap but it does exactly what it’s bought for. Sprinkle, water until it goes dark brown, water whenever it turns light brown and in about 5 days you will new grass. Perfect for bare areas and dog damage. I have tried cheaper products, but have not achieved much success with them This stuff just works….

This product is great once it gets going, gives a strong first growth, but follow the instructions for sowing and remember to water. It's not cheap however.

Don’t be fooled by the pictures of the product, I read it,as I was ordering two 3.5kg bags and all I actually got was two 1.5kg bags...

Bought seeds as I read a guarantee, put them down in fine weather followed instructions accordingly to a tee, watered twice (not too much, just to keep soil moist) once in morning then early afternoon. I contacted seller after 14 days as there was no results. Got told to wait out the full 28 day growth timescale. Once I got to 28 days still no result except a few odd patches, I then contact seller who tell me to contact manufacturer which I also contacted who then tell me they don't deal/sell to amazon. So the guarantee on the packaging is false information and they are not cheap. So just recommend doing research before you purchase.

Wish the the product was bigger.
