OPTECH USA Super Classic Strap

Having tried many camera straps for various SLRs, I can unreservedly say that this is the best. It's beautifully designed; broad enough to distribute the weight of a heavy pro SLR/DSLR and medium zoom on your shoulder and with just the right amount of 'spring' to provide the impression of lightness. The surface is slightly (but not uncomfortably) rough to grip your shoulder. The main strap removes almost instantly if you want to switch to a tripod or create a small carry handle. Hard to see why one should get so excited about a strap, but this one really has been thoughtfully designed and beautifully made. Buy it - you won't regret it.

Works really well - keeps camera low key with no advert blaring make and model. Comfortable, light and nice to use. Only little niggle is that the strap holders are loose on mine - no big deal just a slight irritant to me (I'm a bit obsessive about things like this). Highly recommended.

Excellent strap comfortable does not fall off shoulder. My children bought my first one but it was used so much I was wearing out the shoulder part but that is after many years My wife bought this for me as a Christmas present and I am looking forward to many years of use.

I bought this strap partly to avoid the garish free advertising the camera makers put on their own brand ones, and partly to make the camera more comfortable to carry during an all day shoot. The strap does what I wanted in both of these areas, but I do find the size of the strap is a bit bulky. Also, the quick release clips are too far away from the camera, so if I take the neoprene section off the strap I am left with two long pieces of webbing that have clips on the end. These bits get in the way just as much as the padded part I have removed, so I don't really gain anything by having the quick release option. Overall, does what I wanted but a bit expensive and not very well designed.

Wanted something more comfortable than the straps supplied with my Canon DSLR. I was looking for soft straps that I could also slide on my RC-1. The OP/Tech range is pretty good and overall I found the Super Classic Strap to be comfortable. I would have preferred the shoulder pad to be longer and the detachable straps to be shorter as they are quite dangly when the camera is on a tripod. But each to their own....... 4 star given as I also bought the Secure Its x4 system connectors for piece of mind in case the quick release clips ever failed when out walking - for a strip of velcro it would have been a nice touch if these were sold with the strap, instead of charging them as optional extras.

Looks great, feels great, easy to fit on the existing xt2 strap rings. Nice upgrade to the fujifilm strap supplied, with no branding visible. Delivered quickly as well. 5/5

When working with one's camera, ease of handling is really quite important. It's expensive so you dont want to drop it yet you want to carry it comfortably yet not miss that great photo. This strap helps with this. I am pleased to have this strap attached to my NEX7.

OP/TECH quality throughout. Neoprene neck part not too wide but more than adequate for comfort with a heavy lens. Do check out video on OP/TECH's US site (http://optechusa.com/super-classic-strap.html) to see different ways of securing flappy strap ends,very useful info, especially the third way!

Voici des années que j’équipe mon matériel photographique avec ces courroie. Les avantages sont multiples. 1- Le boîtier ne glisse pas sur l'épaule. 2- Très confortable à porter autour du cou. 3- La solidité. 4- L'appareil photographique semble moins lourd car la charge est bien répartie sur la largeur de la courroie, ,la "mousse" a une certaine élasticité ce qui induit un certain confort. 5- A mon sens c'est la courroie à acheter.

Bought the 3/8 to carry my Canon DSLR. Nice fit and finish on the strap, pretty standard buckles and snaps. The wider section helps to diffuse the weight without adding bulk, it has a non-slip side that keeps the rig on my shoulder. Good length and it can be adjusted. Too soon to determine durability, but a really nice product for the price.

Buena correa a buen precio. Muy práctica pues se puede desmontar para enganchar las dos partes que quedan unidas a la cámara como si fuese un bolso. contento con la adquisición.

La cinta es muy cómoda, y hace que mi cámara reflex cuelgue a un lado en mi cintura en lugar de ir botando sobre mi pecho cuando ando (por lo cual al final acababa llevándola sujeta con una mano). La sensación es como llevarla en bandolera, además la cinta protectore es mullida como para que no moleste. Lo único malo es que abulta mucho, y cuesta más recogerla y guardarla en la funda.
