This Ticonderoga pencil is my favorite pencil to use. My personal connection to this product is that I use it daily as a teacher. I have been teaching for almost 20 years and it’s by far the best pencil, in my opinion. I use this pencil to write my lesson plans and take notes every day. I purchased this pack to give to my students as a Valentine’s Day gift this year. I like this pencil because it has an eraser that erases marks nicely and doesn’t smudge. It has a comfortable grip and writes easily on paper. When you sharpen it, it sharpens evenly and doesn’t break. At 50 cents a pencil, it is a good deal because it lasts a long time. It comes in fun pastel colors for Valentine’s Day or Easter. I have no concerns about this pencil. This is why I prefer the Ticonderoga pencil to use as a teacher.

Ticonderoga pencils are the best out there. I love the vibrant colors of this set. They may be a bit pricey, but the writing experience is smooth, the quality is unbeatable, and they sharpen easily without breaking. Definitely worth it!

I've always heard about Ticonderoga pencils but wondered what big deal is it. It's just another school pencil with a hefty price tag. We'll I was surprisingly wrong. It was amazing. Writes smooth, has a functional eraser (you know most pencil top erasers are grabage), comes pre-sharpened, and lead doesn't break even with a crappy pencil sharpener. I would stick with the plain yellow ones if you or your kiddos don't really care (cuz they're cheaper). I know my daughter likes girly stuff so I picked out the pastel colors. It is a standard pencil so it's long. If kiddo is hust beginning to put pencil to paper I would stick with the chubby short ones from Ticonderoga. Definitely worth the investment.

I love these pencils. Long lasting and write really well. I gave them as teacher gifts and kept the rest for me!

They look pretty and are as expected. Dixon pencils have never let us down. My daughter loves these. She calls these ‘the Roald Dahl’ pencils and apparently helps her with any creative writing work.
