Plus : Quality product, easy to clean, comfortable for relaxing ans sit for long time, good color, easy to install. Seating capacity 3 for adults, 4 for kids. Minus: Package were broken due to unprofessional develery agents. They don't know how to handle the packaging. They treat it as cement packaging.

Bought 2+2 set for my living room and boy it has not only enhanced the look of the room but the deep seats with wide arm rests definitely add an element of comfort as well. It's been only 2 weeks since they have been Bought and build quality so far seems good. Overall quite satisfied!

I purchased this 3-seater sofa last month for around 19k, thinking it would be a perfect fit for our home. Honestly, this has turned out to be one of the biggest disappointments from Amazon. Let me be clear: The sofa looks good. The fabric quality is good. The build seems okay. But the moment you try to sit on it — that’s when you realise what a complete waste of money this is. The seating space is so ridiculously small that you can’t even sit properly. Forget someone healthy or a bit heavy, even a normal, fit, average-sized person cannot sit comfortably on this sofa. I honestly have no idea what the designers were thinking while deciding the seat depth — it feels like the sofa was designed by someone who has never sat on a sofa in their life. You buy a sofa to relax, but on this one you can’t sit for even 30 minutes without discomfort. The sitting area is so shallow that your legs just hang awkwardly, and your back gets strained within minutes. I genuinely want to ask the company if they ever tested this product with real people. The design is so bad that it completely ruins whatever good there is in the fabric or looks. Whoever approved this design seriously needs to rethink their career choices, because this is a masterclass in how to make a sofa that people cannot sit on. Overall, a complete letdown and a total waste of money. I wish I had trusted the negative reviews more.

The sofa is comfortable and broad, the cloth used is not quite smooth to the skin but overall it's a good purchase. I didn't check the local furniture market so can't comment on the price but it's worth spending 10k. The think which I did not like at all is that I ordered it in grey colour and got delivery of beige coloured sofa.

We bought several sofas for our home during renovation - from Godrej Interio, Amazon Solimo (Zates) and Duroflex. Godrej Interio was the best (bought directly from Godrej), followed by Duroflex & Amazon Solimo (both bought from Amazon). Between the Duroflex Ease and Amazon Solimo Zates 2-seaters, Duroflex comes with much better fabric (high gsm yet soft and good texture and feel to it) as compared to Amazon Solimo Zates (jute like fabric and cushions are split, and back cushion is not even velcroed). That said, while Duroflex sofa is good, the delivery experience was poor. They sent via Delhivery and there was just the driver to pick the sofa to deliver to first floor. When asked why he was alone, he said he alone can manage it. Obviously he could not - first banged the sofa in his own vehicle, then at the entrance of the stairs, that's when I lent him a helping hand. I was wondering how would an elderly person have received had I not been home. Duroflex should get a better delivery partner.

In this price range, it’s a beautiful sofa . The fabric is chennile. And looks premium.
